Job summary

Fideuram Asset Management Ireland dac is seeking an Operational & ICT Risk Manager to join the Risk Management team in Dublin. You will maintain the risk framework, coordinate self-assessments, monitor risk appetite, incidents and loss data, and support third-party due diligence to uphold a strong control environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit or IT governance, strong data analysis skills, and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Risk, Compliance, Audit or IT Governance.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and understanding of business processes.
• Knowledge of operational resilience, ICT risk management and third-party risk.
• Experience preparing risk reports for senior management.
• English fluency; Italian an advantage.
• Experience in risk reporting to executive level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Operational & ICT Risk Management Framework.
• Coordinate risk self-assessments and support annual operational and ICT risk reviews.
• Monitor risk appetite, emerging risks, incidents and loss data.
• Perform risk evaluations, defining controls and mitigation actions.
• Maintain the risk map, criticalities register and remediation plans.
• Assess third-party risks, support due diligence and monitoring.
• Prepare reporting and promote a strong risk culture.
