Job summary

LTM is seeking an IT field support lead/manager in Cork, Ireland. The role requires coordinating local IT projects, acting as the single point of contact for complex service requests, and ensuring IT services meet site needs.

The role involves working onsite five days a week, engaging with plant engineers and IT teams, and delivering end-user services across desktop, network, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and leading IT field support projects.
• Knowledge of MES systems and network expansion projects.
• Experience integrating plant equipment with IT platforms (Wonderware, Camstar, OSIPI Werum).
• Familiar with risk, security, vulnerability and compliance management in IT services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and act as SPOC for complex service requests and local projects.
• Interact with stakeholders to define future state requirements and service improvements.
• Maintain site IT ownership and monitor service levels, reliability, capacity and availability.
• Deliver end-user services including service desk, hardware support, and network/user access tasks.
