Job summary

Astreya is seeking an IT Site Lead for our Cork office to own the technology experience on site, keeping users productive and driving day-to-day IT operations. You will be the go-to technical expert, coordinating with global IT, vendors and business leaders.

In this role you will guide local processes, lead service quality at the site, and implement self-service and automation to reduce ticket volume while maintaining high standards of support and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on a Service Desk with 2+ years in site infrastructure support.
• Strong Windows and macOS troubleshooting and Wi-Fi skills.
• Experience with Intune and Jamf for endpoint management.
• ITIL Foundation and FreshService ITSM administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, VMware and file/print services.
• Experience with hardware inventory management.
• Excellent documentation, analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and quick-learning mindset.
• Associate degree or technical certificate or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations at Cork office and serve as escalation point.
• Resolve L1/L2 tickets via FreshService to meet SLAs.
• Support Windows and Mac endpoints and wireless troubleshooting.
• Deploy and refresh devices; manage hardware lifecycle.
• Maintain endpoint security and ensure compliance.
• Manage users, groups, and distribution lists in AD and Exchange.
• Support mobile devices and MAM policies.
• Maintain site infrastructure including file/print services and networks.
• Keep conference rooms and AV equipment ready.
• Collaborate with global IT, vendors, and business leaders.
