IT Field support Manager

Job summary

LTM is seeking an IT field support lead/manager in Cork, Ireland. The role requires coordinating local IT projects, acting as the single point of contact for complex service requests, and ensuring IT services meet site needs.

The role involves working onsite five days a week, engaging with plant engineers and IT teams, and delivering end-user services across desktop, network, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and leading IT field support projects.
• Knowledge of MES systems and network expansion projects.
• Experience integrating plant equipment with IT platforms (Wonderware, Camstar, OSIPI Werum).
• Familiar with risk, security, vulnerability and compliance management in IT services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and act as SPOC for complex service requests and local projects.
• Interact with stakeholders to define future state requirements and service improvements.
• Maintain site IT ownership and monitor service levels, reliability, capacity and availability.
• Deliver end-user services including service desk, hardware support, and network/user access tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Coordinates and acts as SPOC project lead for complex service requests local projects eg MES systems network expansion MPOD
• Interacts with MLL personnel to problem solve future state requirements
• Serves as source of functional understanding of processes tools and integration of MLL plant equipment with IT platforms eg Wonderware Camstar OSIPI Werum as well as MLL business knowledge
• Interacts with multiple MLL stakeholders Execution systems plant engineers and technicians and MLL IT
• Maintains facility IT ownership
• Monitor and achieve service levels tracks metrics analytics and ensures site health of GTS services eg network reliability availability capacity etc
• Performs site level DR CMDB related to GTS services
• Risk security vulnerability and compliance management related to GTS services
• Local site level asset planning purchasing deployment and decommissioning related to GTS services
• End user knowledge eg training technical writing related to GTS services
• Delivery and coordination of end-user services service desk related to GTS services eg desktop, printer other hardware support network user access collaboration tools mobility software install maintenance 247 coverage best endeavours or formalized
• VIP services related to GTS services
• Service request coordination related to GTS services
