Job summary

Trindent Consulting is seeking an IT Associate to join the Dublin office. The role focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure, providing on-site and remote support, and collaborating with vendors to ensure security and data integrity.

The successful candidate will manage Microsoft 365 services, track IT assets, and support users across Europe and North America. A proactive, detail-oriented, and independent approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
• Proven IT support experience in a fast-growing environment
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and services
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and training
• Experience coordinating with IT vendors and managing assets

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for the Dublin office and remote sites as needed
• Provide remote IT support to Toronto office and other regions
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Intune, Outlook/OWA, Teams, OneDrive)
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure data integrity and security practices
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation; support AV in meeting rooms
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, AV equipment, and network connectivity
• Manage mobile devices and monitor data usage
• Create regular cybersecurity/compliance reporting for management
• Support continuous IT system improvements and end-user adoption
