Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll from start to finish with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee records, timesheets, and annual/sick leave tracking.
• Prepare and submit payroll returns via ROS.
• Resolve staff payroll queries promptly and confidentially.
• Support Accounts Payable with high-volume invoice processing and vendor queries.
• Perform routine reconciliations across payroll reports and GL postings.
• Assist month-end close, year-end reporting, and audit preparation.
• Ensure accurate filing for reporting and compliance.
