ICE Group in Galway seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate, compliant end-to-end payroll services for a portfolio of clients on weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, ROS, and Revenue requirements, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and client service. Opportunities to support junior colleagues and drive payroll improvements are available.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years' payroll experience in a similar role.
• Payroll bureau or outsourced environment experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, PAYE, PRSI, BIK and Revenue requirements.
• Experience with ROS and electronic payment processing.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, with payroll data analysis capabilities.
• Interest in technology, automation and AI to improve payroll processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines and take ownership of work.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end processing of multiple client payrolls across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles.
• Coordinate, review and validate payroll data from clients and follow up on queries.
• Process payroll calculations including salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, pensions and BIK.
• Manage starters and leavers and ensure Revenue obligations are recorded.
• Submit ROS and comply with PAYE Modernisation and Irish legislation.
• Apply PAYE, PRSI and other deductions, and stay updated on Revenue changes.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
