Job summary

LetsHost, part of team.blue, seeks a proactive Sales Executive to drive the full sales cycle for domain upsell and new product engagement. You will engage with customers by phone and email, building relationships to maximize revenue.

After an initial training period in Galway, the role offers hybrid working with two days in the office and three days remote. The team values collaboration, resilience, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in a B2B/tech environment.
• Proven ability to upsell and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle, upsell domains and increase product engagement.
• Proactively retain customers at risk of non-renewal.
• Process inbound/outbound sales via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Support and Billing to resolve queries.
• Build long-lasting relationships with external and internal contacts.
