Job summary

LetsHost, part of team.blue, is seeking a Sales Executive in Galway to lead the full sales cycle for domain upsells and product engagement. You will work with IE Registry to upsell domains and collaborate with the Support and Billing teams to ensure positive customer experiences.

After initial training in Galway, the role offers hybrid working: two days in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday) and three days remote, with standard business hours and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably at supervisor level or higher.
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with internet technologies.
• Proactive with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ethical conduct and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers based on product profiles and lists.
• Process inbound sales opportunities by phone and email.
• Proactively perform retention calls for customers at risk of non-renewal.
• Upsell existing customers at point of service renewal.
• Handle overflow/cover for inbound billing queries by phone and email.
• Build lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
