Job summary

Anker Innovations is seeking a National Account Manager for Ireland to develop key retail partnerships and drive sales performance for Anker, eufy, and soundcore brands. The role focuses on in-store presence, partner development, training, and campaign execution across Ireland.

You will manage relationships with retailers, train staff, negotiate shelf space, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze sales data to capitalize on opportunities. Travel within Ireland is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of sales or account management experience in Ireland.
• Proven track record in business development, retail negotiation, and field sales.
• Experience in product training and instore merchandising.
• Full clean driving license is essential.
• Ability to travel regularly within Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners at store and head office levels.
• Execute instore training programs to ensure staff are confident selling products.
• Negotiate instore positioning, displays, and incremental space per brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, GTM, logistics, and finance for aligned campaigns.
• Monitor sales data, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Activate promotions and marketing campaigns in retail environments.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Forecasting, sales-in/sales-out reporting, and aged stock minimisation with operations.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events as required.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach and honour commitments.
