Ashbourne Beauty Brand in Ireland seeks a National Account Manager to own and grow major retail accounts across the country, with close alignment to marketing and operations. You will manage forecasts, unlock opportunities, and act as the commercial voice with retailers and distributors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Sales, Key Account or National Account Management in FMCG/beauty.
• Proven track record of driving growth through retailer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth across key retail accounts, owning targets and account plans end-to-end
• Build and protect relationships with major retailers and distributors
• Analyze performance (P&Ls, forecasts) and turn insight into action
• Champion in-store excellence and support retailer expansion
• Be the sales team's cross-functional lead — working with marketing and operations
• Spot and unlock new commercial opportunities as the brand portfolio grows
