Job summary

JLL in Ireland is seeking an HR Advisor to support our Ireland-based population across the performance management lifecycle. You will collaborate with Employees, Managers, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to ensure compliant and compassionate handling of employee matters.

The role focuses on proactive engagement, training, and delivering consistent HR processes across teams, with a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to influence employee experience.

Qualifications

• Understanding of employment processes and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in performance management, people operations, or HR functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with solid organisation and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive employee engagement and minimise business risk.
• Utilise technology to advance employee relations metrics.
• Develop training guides and best practices for line managers.
• Lead workforce growth and act as local HR professional.
• Facilitate local employee and line manager training programs.
• Manage PIPs and probation reviews; support disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate absence management and flexible working arrangements.
• Collaborate with HRBP on complex people matters; support RIF activities.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to policy standardisation.
