Job summary

You’ll work actively in Workday and Service Now, train colleagues on HR systems, and support onboarding, performance cycles, and exits while ensuring compliant HR documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Ireland labour laws and HR compliance.
• Experience resolving employee relations issues.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer HR policy inquiries and partner with HR to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with site managers in Ireland on benefits and procedures.
• Navigate Workday and Service Now to manage cases.
• Train employees and managers on HR systems and service delivery.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews, moves, and exits.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance.
