Job summary

Jabil in Bray, Ireland seeks an experienced HR professional to provide a broad range of HR support and consulting services. You will act as the primary contact for managers and employees, implementing HR policies and partnering with operations to align with business goals.

You will drive recruitment, succession planning, talent management, compensation, benefits, training and development, and employee relations while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations and human resources.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Experience implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with GMP, QMS and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across recruitment, records, and employee relations.
• Implement HR policies and disseminate via induction and communications.
• Plan and coordinate localized HR programs in employment, compensation, benefits, training, and relations.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision making.
• Coach leaders on employee relations and fair, timely decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, QMS, safety and quality policies.
