Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HR Advisor to support our Ireland-based population. You will partner with Employees, Managers, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver compliant, compassionate handling of employee matters across the performance lifecycle.

You will drive engagement, support PIPs and probation reviews, facilitate training, and assist with disciplinary procedures, TUPE, and absence management while maintaining robust documentation and policy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or CIPD accreditation or related discipline
  • Experience in a remote, matrixed and geographically distributed organisation
  • Ireland or London based, office 3 times per week

Responsibilities

  • Drive proactive engagement and minimise business risk
  • Utilise technology to advance employee relations metrics
  • Develop training guides and best practices for line managers
  • Lead workforce growth and serve as local HR professional
  • Facilitate local employee and line manager training programmes
  • Support performance management, PIPs and probation reviews
  • Assist with disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations
  • Coordinate absence management programmes and wellbeing requests
  • Support TUPE processes and RIF consultations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case management systems
