Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers on employee relations and employment-related matters.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Support organizational change and people-related initiatives.
  • Identify trends through HR case management and propose solutions.
  • Support delivery of performance management, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coach managers on people management and leadership behaviours.
  • Collaborate with HR partners, Talent Acquisition, and specialist teams to deliver HR solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, investigations, disputes.
  • Participate in process improvement and cross-functional projects.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism.
