Driving proactive engagement and minimising business risk
Utilising technology to advance employee relations metrics
Developing training guides and best practices for line managers
Leading workforce growth and serving as local HR professional
Facilitating local employeeandline managertrainingprograms
Manage routine performance improvement plans (PIPs) and probation reviews
Supportlower riskmisconduct cases,workplacegrievancesand disputeresolution
Facilitate employee departure processing and documentation
Ensure faster resolution of performance-related issues with consistent processes across teams
SupportTUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) processes
Supportlower riskdisciplinary procedures andlead investigations into common workplacemisconductconcerns
Coordinate absence management programs and support strategies
Processflexible working, workplace adjustmentsand wellbeing requests with sensitivity and compliance
Partner with HR Business Partners on complex people performance matters
Support Reduction in Force (RIF)consultationactivities and communications
Process support onroutineclient-requested employee relocations and off-site arrangements
Identifyopportunities to enhance employee experience through streamlined processes
Maintainaccuratedocumentation and case management systems
Contribute to policy development and process standardisation initiatives
Strong understanding of employmentprocessesand HR compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for sensitive conversations
Experience in performance management, people operations, or HR functions
Detail-oriented approach with strong organisational and case management abilities
Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across HR teams
Drive the growth of the workforce on the ground, serving as a local HR professional
Skilled facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee events, programs, etc.
Ability to adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to ensure an inclusive environment
A passion to work with people across a variety of backgrounds teaching and learning from people across the organisation
Excellent organisational skills with a starter finisher mentality with acute attention to detail
Ability to adjust styles of communication to varying situations to effectively communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders
Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a trusted HR expert to employees and managers
An appetite for exceeding expectations within the business
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., CIPD Accreditation, BS in human resources, businessadministrationor vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)
Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organisation
Skilled team player whois able tocommunicate their thoughts clearly and effectively
Ireland or London based, office 3 times per week
Remit for allIreland based employees with the ability to lean into the UK as required
