Job summary

Flywire seeks a Sales Director for Ireland to own the Irish Higher Education footprint. You will hunt net-new opportunities while strengthening current relationships, driving platform adoption and Deep ERP integrations with Banner/SITS. Work with the UK & Ireland Sales team to defend and grow revenue in the Irish market.

You will engage with Directors of Finance, International Admissions and Student Services, leading deals from discovery to close and ensuring renewals and long-term client value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development in Ireland.
• Familiarity with Higher Education ERP/SIS stacks (Tribal SITS or Ellucian Banner) and payments integration.
• Proven consultative selling style with C-level stakeholders (Finance, Admissions).
• Ability to work autonomously remotely while collaborating with a hybrid UK & Ireland team.

Responsibilities

• Expand the Irish Higher Education market by pursuing net-new opportunities and defending existing relationships.
• Drive payer adoption and ensure Flywire is the primary payment method for international receivables.
• Lead strategic territory planning and manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery to close (Salesforce).
• Oversee tender responses (RFPs) and ensure long-term contract renewals and value delivery.
