Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland is seeking a field-based sales professional to win new business and build lasting customer relationships across the North Ireland region. The role offers a base salary plus commission with an OTE of €57,000 in year one, plus a company car and full benefits.

You will proactively identify opportunities, engage high-potential end-users, and manage a robust pipeline from first contact to closing deals.

Qualifications

Driven hunter mindset focused on winning new business.
Confident, personable and able to build relationships at all levels.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong commercial awareness of sales cycle.
Excellent organization and pipeline management.
Experience with CRM tools, Excel and PowerPoint.
2-3 years' experience in a sales or business development role.
Proven direct sales experience.
Experience working with dealer or channel partners.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across Ireland.
Target and engage high-potential end-users and key industry sectors.
Build and manage a strong pipeline—from first contact to closing deals.
Collaborate closely with our dealer partners to deliver seamless customer solutions.
Strengthen and grow existing dealer relationships within your region.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations that clearly showcase value.
Develop long-term customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility through CRM systems.
