CreatePay Limited is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager for Northern Ireland. This is a 100% field-based, new-business sales role, not home-working or account management.

You will win new B2B customers through self-generated prospecting and pre-booked appointments, meeting business owners face-to-face to pitch CreatePay solutions and close deals. You’ll thrive on targets and commissions, traveling daily within your territory, with a £5,000 car allowance and ongoing incentives to drive

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B field sales.
• Self-generating leads and closing new business.
• Experience in a target-driven, high-activity sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, target, and win new B2B customers within your territory.
• Self-generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and local business engagement.
• Attend a combination of self-generated and pre-booked appointments in the field.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present and sell CreatePay’s payment solutions, tailoring proposals to customer needs.
• Close deals in the field and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Manage activity, pipeline, and performance against KPIs.
