Job summary

AVI-SPL UK & Ireland is seeking an Account Manager to generate business across Irish enterprise accounts, selling audio visual, digital interaction and unified communications services. The role focuses on developing client relationships and expanding the current client base in Ireland.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, qualify prospects, craft commercial proposals, and maintain accurate forecasts while collaborating with installation teams to ensure smooth delivery and growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close prospects within the territory.
• Provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to management.
• Cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximise value.
• Develop commercial proposals and bid responses.
• Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for target accounts.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity to delivery handover.
• Execute quarterly sales plans to deliver growth.
• Chart account-by-account and territory development strategies.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and hit KPIs.
• Design prospecting tools like webinars and email campaigns.
• Build relationships with influential stakeholders (C-level, procurement).
• Represent AVI-SPL at briefings and trade shows.
