The Account Manager role focuses on generating business across Irish enterprise accounts, selling audiovisual, digital interaction, and unified communications services by developing and maintaining

Qualifications

  • Proven record of success in achieving sales KPIs.
  • Experience with consultative selling and developing service solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to present and demonstrate visual collaboration solutions to end users.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication with employees, clients, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills tailored to different audience types (C-level, procurement, technical).
  • Strong commercial acumen including experience with financials and P&L management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales prospects within assigned territory and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to management.
  • Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximise value for the customer.
  • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer’s visual collaboration needs.
  • Develop commercial proposals and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
  • Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for target accounts.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to handover to installation team.
  • Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to deliver growth.
  • Chart business development strategies on an account-by-account and territory basis.
  • Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.
  • Achieve or exceed sales target KPIs, ensuring profitable growth of the company’s market share in Ireland.
  • Design prospecting tools such as webinars, seminars, and email campaigns.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with influential customer stakeholders including C-level executives.
  • Represent company at briefings and trade shows as assigned.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities.

The main role of the Account Manager is to Generate business across Irish enterprise accounts, selling audio visual, digital interaction, and unified communication services through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base.

The Job
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales prospects within assigned territory and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to management
  • Analyze cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities to maximise value for the customer.
  • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer’s visual collaboration needs.
  • Develop commercial proposals and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
  • Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for targets accounts.
  • Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle from opportunity‑identification to handover to the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
  • Responsible for developing and executing quarterly sales plans to deliver continuous business growth.
  • Chart business development strategies on an account‑by‑account and territory basis.
  • Attend and participate in weekly office sales meetings
  • Achieve or exceed sales target KPIs, ensuring profitable growth of the company’s market share in Ireland
  • Design and implement focused prospecting tools such as webinars, seminars, and email campaigns to increase sales and expand our customer base in the designated territory
  • Cultivate professional relationships with influential customer stakeholders (including C-level), manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel.
  • Represent company at technological briefings and trade shows as assigned
  • Participate in training and professional development activities as prescribed by management
You
  • A proven record of success in achieving sales KPIs.
  • Proven experience with consultative selling – a strong capability to conceive services solutions to meet customer’s business needs.
  • Ability to understand, present and demonstrate visual collaboration solutions and services to end user customers
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong presentation skills which can be tailored across the spectrum of customer audience-types (egg: C-level; procurement; technical, etc).
  • Possess a strong commercial acumen including experience with financials, with ability to manage P&L and develop commercial models.
