Job summary

Creative Technology Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project/Account Manager to oversee multiple AV and broadcast integration projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-level client satisfaction.

You will lead a team of Project Managers, coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery and client experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in AV, broadcast, or technology integration.
• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder projects across regions.
• Proven ability to manage budgets over €1M and ensure delivery excellence.
• Excellent client-facing skills and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from concept to handover, on time and within budget.
• Provide senior guidance to Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Directly manage high-value, complex projects with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting.
• Act as primary contact for key client accounts, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Represent CT in senior project meetings, design workshops, and briefings.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, ensuring workload distribution and development.
• Support resourcing decisions and contribute to new proposals and tenders.
