Job summary

Optum is seeking an Audio Visual Manager to oversee day-to-day AV operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement across Ireland offices. You will ensure reliable, high‑quality experiences in meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, events, and executive communications.

The role focuses on stakeholder and vendor management, incident escalation, and projects from room deployments to technology upgrades, while maintaining AV standards and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms with Poly and Logitech devices.
• Experience with Teams Rooms, conferencing technologies, digital signage, and presentation systems.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation and performance of AV equipment across both Ireland sites.
• Ensure all meeting rooms and event technologies are fully operational.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and hardware refresh programs.
• Build relationships with leaders and end users; gather requirements.
• Lead AV projects and ensure service levels with vendors.
• Develop and maintain user guides and procedures.
