Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Regional Services Engineer for Ireland, based in Dublin. This full-time role reports to the Global Services Director and involves providing lifecycle technical consultancy and leadership across the region.

You will support local Services Engineers, deliver pre-sales and post-sales expertise, lead workshops and assist with large-scale implementations and customer transformation initiatives. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Enterprise environments require strong consulting and technical services experience.
• Experience across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Solution design, architecture and implementation experience.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Ability to support complex enterprise environments and transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics clearly.
• Proven ability to work across multiple countries and cross-functional teams in a regional environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and customer focus.
• Ability to develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support local Services Engineers on strategic opportunities and customer engagements.
• Provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations, assessments and proof-of-concept activities.
• Support large-scale implementations and customer transformation initiatives.
• Develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices, and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
