Job summary

O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive pricing, forecast demand, and maximise room revenue across two hotels. You will analyze market trends, manage availability, and align CRS, PMS and OTA strategies with the Cluster Revenue Manager.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with Opera, SynXis, EzRMS and TravelClick. You will produce weekly forecasts and monthly reports for the regional office.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and high level of problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for presentation and training.
• Knowledge of Hotel systems is highly desirable.
• Good level of competence with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Opera PMS, EzRMS, SynXis, TravelClick, Third Party Extranets and all Microsoft programmes.
• Confident, ability to communicate clearly at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Research competitor pricing of rooms, outlets, meetings/events and all other facilities to proactively lead the market as well as respond appropriately.
• Effective use of forecasting tools for guest rooms availability control and pricing.
• Work with the Cluster Revenue Manager to maintain and manage a consistent selling strategy across CRS, PMS, OTA systems and free sale charts.
• Apply an appropriate overbooking policy and educate team to accept qualified bookings.
• Monitor the global, local and environmental issues impacting your city and hotels.
