Responsibilities

• Match stock deliveries with dockets and update the inventory management system.
• Book in stock, create new stock items and suppliers, and organise stock room placement.
• Pull and prepare stock for orders, repairs and internal consumables.
• Log and track service requests, liaising with internal teams to monitor repair timelines.
• Support stock forecasting to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Track stock pricing changes and elevate when needed.
• Raise purchase orders within authorisation limits.
• Manage and record damaged or defective stock.
• Support stocktaking and year-end processes
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing post and courier arrangements.
• Maintain delivery and dispatch documentation
• Assist with any customer queries via call and email
• General ad hoc office administration duties as required
• Process customer card payments and communicate to Finance.
• Support Sales with order documentation, stock checks and customer coordination.
• Liaise with Finance on billing, stock-related queries and documentation accuracy.

We are looking for a Inventory executive for one of our clients based in Dublin 17. This role will suit an individual who has good in, goods out, stock control and administrative experience. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role and is looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
