You will support ordering, packing, and post/shipping processes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A full clean driving licence and a proactive attitude are essential for front-of-house duties and daily

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Match stock deliveries with dockets and update the inventory management system.
• Book in stock, create new stock items and suppliers, and organise stock room placement.
• Pull and prepare stock for orders, repairs and internal consumables.
• Log and track service requests, liaising with internal teams to monitor repair timelines.
• Support stock forecasting to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Track stock pricing changes and elevate when needed.
• Raise purchase orders within authorisation limits.
• Manage and record damaged or defective stock.
• Support stocktaking and year-end processes
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing post and courier arrangements.
• Maintain delivery and dispatch documentation
• Assist with any customer queries via call and email
• General ad hoc office administration duties as required
• Process customer card payments and communicate to Finance.
• Support Sales with order documentation, stock checks and customer coordination.
• Liaise with Finance on billing, stock-related queries and documentation accuracy.
