Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the growth of its fast-paced organization. You will manage interview scheduling and related logistics, collaborating with Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

In this role, you will handle travel arrangements, coordinate across timezones, and contribute to process improvements. The team values curiosity, collaboration, and ongoing efficiency gains in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiting, or similar administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with emphasis on customer service and internal stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics related to interview scheduling from receipt of scheduling request to conclusion of interview process
• Process requests across different teams, timezones, and locations
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel accommodations
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop
• Coordinate with interviewers who have executive assistants
• Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email
• Identify bottlenecks to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Greet candidates and facilitate the onsite interview process
• Build relationships with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, interviewers, and coordination teams
• Participate in onboarding and team-wide improvements
