Job summary

Elk Recruitment is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team in the border counties of Ireland. The role is based in Cavan, on the road, and offers a permanent full-time contract with a salary range of €45,000–€65,000 depending on experience.

You will prepare cost estimates, tender documents, budgets, and bills of quantities, and manage contracts, procurement strategies, and financial reporting for large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Assisting in contractor selection and procurement strategies.
• Managing contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel).
• Experience in large-scale commercial, infrastructure or residential projects desirable
