Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Full driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal guidelines.
• Strong numeracy and financial management skills.
• Proficiency with CostX, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, infrastructure or residential projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing cost estimates and budgets for new and existing projects.
• Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Assisting in contractor selection and procurement strategies.
• Managing contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements.
• Monitoring project progress and preparing reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Tracking project expenditures and analysing variances.
• Preparing interim and final payment applications and valuations.
• Updating budgets to reflect changes in scope or design.
• Preparing and negotiating final accounts, ensuring accurate reflection of costs and project outcomes.
