Qualifications

Job description

Our client is an established construction company who undertake commercial & residential projects nationally.

Both a developer & main contractor, projects include housing, apartments, aparthotels, hotels, local council, healthcare, academia, fitout etc.

They have a requirement for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with ideally 2+ years experience working with a Main Contractor and/or Developer.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the management of the commercial and contractual requirements through the lifecycle of the project.
2. Assist with tendering/estimating.
3. Project Procurement including Sub-contractors.
4. Conduct cost and risk analysis.
5. Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors.
6. Assist with project costing, margin & cashflow reports.
7. Assist with project change order procedures and agree costs with client.
8. Provide monthly valuations and certs.
9. Assist in agreeing final accounts.

Reporting to Senior QS + Commercial Director.

Market led salary/package on offer.
