Job summary

Oracle SA in Ireland is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for civil engineering projects across the country. The role focuses on tendering, budgets, and quantities, with strong contractual awareness across sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree, 3+ years’ experience in Ireland, and knowledge of Civil Engineering techniques, Public Works Contracts, and MoM standards. A competitive salary with bonus potential is offered.

Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate) – Dublin at a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate) for numerous projects across Ireland. The role would particularly suit a Quantity Surveyor who has worked on Civil Engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Process variation orders / claims as required.
• Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors.
• Measure and value the work done on each site.
• Complete progress reports.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in Ireland.
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering construction techniques.
• Experience with Public Works Contracts.
• Have knowledge and experience of current forms of contracts, and TII MoM Standards.

Package

• Salary of 50k – 55k per annum
