Qualifications

• APA qualified as a minimum.
• Experienced in customer service, retention, sales or personal lines insurance.
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and earning trust.
• Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Organised and able to manage multiple queries and priorities.
• Committed to CPD requirements and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with existing customers, helping them review and renew their insurance policies.
• Take the time to understand each customer’s circumstances and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
• Support customers throughout the renewal process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism, empathy and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to enhance cover and introduce additional products where appropriate.
• Deliver trusted advice that helps customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute insights that support service improvement.
• Keep up to date with industry developments to ensure customers receive relevant and competitive solutions.
