Qualifications

• Essential: a third level degree or leaving certificate OR a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service environment.
• Desirable: 6–12 months experience in an insurance/financial services environment.
• Desirable: knowledge of general insurance; APA, CIP or relevant insurance qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with quotes and convert new business opportunities.
• Proactively identify and convert cross-sell and multi-cover opportunities.
• Achieve sales, service and customer satisfaction targets with your manager.
• Process policy adjustments and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and underwriting standards.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and conduct standards.
