Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting for a Personal Lines Sales Agent on behalf of a leading Irish insurance company in Dublin. You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls to new and existing clients, driving sales and building rapport.

About Your New Job

• As Personal Lines Sales Agent, you will handle both inbound and outbound sales calls to new and existing business clients.
• You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• You will maintain accurate customer records within the system and ensure that all interactions meet the company’s quality standards.
• You will support colleagues, stay aware of promotional activities, and report directly to the Team Lead.
• Building engagement and rapport with customers will be a key part of your role.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance sales environment.
• APA Qualified is preferable.
• High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proven drive to exceed sales targets and support colleagues.
• Excellent time management and an eagerness to provide outstanding customer service.
