Job summary

KennCo Underwriting Ltd. in Dublin 16 is seeking a sales-focused candidate for a hybrid role within the Insurance sales department. You will directly engage customers, identify high-potential leads, and convert them into new business while ensuring accurate data entry in Relay systems.

The successful candidate will operate in a target-driven environment with a competitive commission. A strong focus on personal lines (car, van, home) and APA qualification is required, along with at least 1 year

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines
• Experience with customer calls and lead conversion is valued
• Competent in data entry and maintaining records

Responsibilities

• Identify calls with potential new business and initiate engagement
• Convert leads to sales to meet and exceed targets
• Build rapport and provide high level customer service
• Ensure customer data is accurately recorded in Relay systems
• Process leads, quotations and new business policies with attention to detail
• Respond to customer requests efficiently and professionally

The successful candidate will work within the KennCo Insurance sales department. The role involves dealing directly with our customers. The role provides an opportunity to get experience in a target driven environment with a competitive sales bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to identify calls likely to result in new business
• Convert leads into sales in order to achieve and exceed individual target
• Building rapport with customers
• Ensuring all data is kept up to date on applied relay systems
• Dealing with all customer requests in an efficient manner
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Ability to process leads, quotations and new business policies with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage their daily tasks

• Applied system (Relay) knowledge an advantage
