Job summary

Ardonagh Europe, based in Ireland, is seeking an Account Executive to manage an existing book of business within the Affinities Specialty Department. You will advise clients, invite and secure renewals, and handle mid-term alterations while maintaining high service standards.

Working from Arachas Head Office, Sandyford, you will collaborate with the Team Leader and other colleagues to ensure renewals are processed on time, quotations are provided promptly, and policies are issued accurately.

Responsibilities

• Renewals: inviting renewals, contributing to retention targets, binding cover and issuing documentation.
• Invoicing and premium collection; mid-term adjustments; obtaining quotations.
• Assist Affinity Lines Sales Team with timely quotations and queries on premiums and covers.
• Keep client records complete and up to date; manage calls between clients and insurers.
• Build relationships with customers; handle complaints and ensure service quality.
• Collaborate across teams and departments; ensure compliance with policies.
