Job summary

Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join a dynamic team handling Personal Accounts. The role involves renewals, amendments, and cross-selling across all Personal Lines products, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and client service.

Location is Sandyford / Santry, Dublin. The ideal candidate will have APA, CIP preferred, and proven experience in a fast-paced insurance environment, with excellent communication and organisation skills.

Qualifications

• APA required.
• CIP preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Relay an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, manage, multi task and execute daily tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, amendments, and cross selling across Personal Lines.
• Negotiate effectively and maintain client retention in line with targets.
• Ensure mid-term alterations, renewals, and accounts entry are completed accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date files on Relay and coordinate with claims where needed.
• Collaborate with all teams to deliver on targets and compliance.
