Job summary

Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage Personal Accounts within a dynamic team in Ireland. Location: Tipperary.

You will handle renewals, amendments, MTAs and liaise on claims, while maintaining Relay file accuracy and strong customer service. Responsibilities include renewals management, cross/up selling across product lines, and delivering high-quality service to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Flexibility to work across Personal Lines, securing renewals, processing amendments and cross selling.
• Manage renewals and client retention in line with targets and compliance
• Ensure all Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals, Accounts entry, claims liaison and correspondence are completed
• Ensure all files are up to date on Relay
• Manage clients across departments handling renewals and queries
• Provide accurate, high-quality work and respond to internal and external requests
• Collaborate across teams within Arachas to meet targets
• Ensure compliance standards are met during all processes
