Job summary

Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join a dynamic team handling Personal Accounts. The role is based in Sandyford / Santry, with a focus on renewals, amendments and cross-selling across Personal Lines products.

You will manage client relationships, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and work across departments to hit targets while maintaining compliance. A fast-paced environment and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• APA must be held by candidate.
• CIP certification preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Relay is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Secure renewals, process amendments, cross-sell and up-sell across Personal Lines products.
• Negotiate effectively and maintain client renewals to target.
• Manage Mid-Term Alterations, renewals, accounts entry and claims liaison.
• Ensure files are up to date in Relay.
• Handle client queries and maintain high accuracy.
• Collaborate across teams to hit targets and ensure compliance.
