Job summary

Arachas is seeking an experienced Account Executive for its Tullamore team to handle Personal Accounts and drive renewals, amendments and cross-selling across Personal Lines. The role requires strong negotiation and relationship skills, with a focus on accuracy and timely client service.

You will collaborate across departments to meet targets while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service, with Relay knowledge being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid APA certification is required.
• CIP qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of Relay is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure renewals, process amendments, cross-sell and up-sell across Personal Lines.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and sales skills in client interactions.
• Manage renewals and client retention in line with targets and compliance.
• Oversee Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals, accounts entry, claims liaison and correspondence.
• Ensure all files are up to date on Relay and maintain high data accuracy.
