Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an Installations Co-ordinator in Dublin to manage scheduling, coordination with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure timely installation delivery. You will act as the primary contact for customers, track progress, and resolve issues on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or installations planning.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment installations, scheduling teams, deliveries and installation dates.
• Plan engineer workloads and manage resources to avoid overruns.
• Be the main customer contact for installation updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate third-party subcontractors and ensure proper documentation is completed.
