Arcon Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator for Mayo/Sligo. You will coordinate installation projects from quotation approval through to completion, liaising with engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/ installations coordination or admin roles.
• Background in engineering, construction or technical environments preferred.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM or job management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects from quotation approval to completion.
• Serve as main contact for customers on each project.
• Prepare quotations, project documentation and correspondence.
• Maintain project records using CRM or job management software.
• Schedule engineers and coordinate daily workloads.
• Prepare job sheets and installation documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse on material availability.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and equipment hire.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and progress.
• Support weekly project planning meetings with updates.
• Maintain administration and documentation throughout installations.
