Job summary

RT.Lane is seeking a Planner/Scheduler with 3–5 years of Irish construction scheduling experience to lead the development and maintenance of construction schedules. The role requires strong proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject, plus knowledge of Public Works and RIAI contracts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of planning and scheduling experience in Irish construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Public Works and RIAI contracts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear tender-stage construction schedules and narrative submissions, supporting estimating under tight deadlines.
• Understand programme requirements under Public Works & RIAI contracts.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using MS Project, Primavera P6, and Asta Powerproject; break down scope into work packages.
