Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing field operations technical teams for heating industry or similar.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, gas/oil and renewables.
• Excellent reporting, analytical and people skills.
• Proven ability to lead team and mentor members.

Responsibilities

• Own all field operation elements for patch, capacity planning and daily operations.
• Manage KPI delivery and quarterly incentive plan (QIP).
• Oversee inventory and supply chain for parts and equipment.
• Maintain EHS/QA relationships and drive safety and quality.
• Provide inductions, training and performance coaching to operatives.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and cost-effectively.
