Connemara Sands Hotel in Galway is seeking a Sous Chef for our busy kitchen. This full-time, permanent position offers 39 hours per week and involves cooking to order and deputising for the head chef.

You should have at least five years of chef experience and professional cookery skills, with a focus on maintaining high hygiene standards and training junior chefs. Salary is 38,000 EUR per annum.
