Job summary

Finning (Ireland) Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative at our regional branch to convert leads into sales of Caterpillar machinery, attachments, and service packages. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a first-class experience over the phone and in person.

You will drive growth by hosting customers, working with campaigns, and collaborating with the regional sales team to maximise opportunities and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proactive outbound B2B sales experience with a professional telephone manner.
• Experience in machinery sales desirable (Plant, Agriculture, or Automotive).
• Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Innovative and analytical thinker.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively convert outbound leads into sales of machinery and services.
• Host customers at the regional branch for demonstrations and collections.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and data to support campaigns.
• Promote campaigns and events to drive buyer interest.
• Collaborate with regional field sales and Cat Financial Services to smooth sales processes.
