Securitas Ireland is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Manager to accelerate organic growth by winning new customers and positioning protective services as the solution to client risks. You will build and convert a strong services pipeline, using AI tools, CRM data and market intelligence to sharpen prospecting and engagement.

Security and services sector sales experience required (protective services, client risk).
Proven B2B sales performance across full sales cycle.
Experience using AI-enabled sales tools and CRM platforms.
Able to collaborate with marketing to generate leads and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Acquire new customers and drive organic growth across Irish/European priorities.
Generate and qualify opportunities through outreach and digital campaigns.
Articulate a clear value proposition linking people, tech and intelligence to outcomes.
Close profitable contracts and manage CRM records accurately.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow share of wallet.
