HomeSecure, part of Sector Alarm Group, is recruiting a Sales Agent for our Telesales team in Ireland. This permanent onsite role is based at our HQ in Sandyford. The position offers a strong earning potential with a base and commission, totaling up to €53,200 per year (OTE).

You will manage inbound and outbound leads, aim to meet or exceed sales targets, and build customer relationships in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in generating and closing sales in call centre environment.
• Experience in a busy sales role with challenging targets.
• The ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative to meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills with a superb telephone manner.
• Previous experience in selling consumer products an advantage.
• Previous experience in retaining customers an advantage.
• Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to prioritize.
• High Resilience

Responsibilities

• Phone based role managing inbound and outbound leads to conversion.
• Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets by channel.
• Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers.
• Dealing with potential cancellations and overcoming objections.
• Communicating feedback to the Sales and Marketing manager.
• Coordinating your efforts as part of a team and building an atmosphere of calibration.
